It is through deep human connection-where stories are shared, skills passed down, and traditions honored-that women find profound purpose and comfort. The simple acts of sharing meals, sitting around a fire, crafting together, and feeling truly heard, nurture not only our emotional well-being but also our physical and mental well-being. Quality connection with loving, safe, and present people is a fundamental pillar of lifelong health. When these bonds are cultivated with care, worries soften, and the body and mind find harmony. In this sacred web of connection, women heal, thrive, and carry forward the wisdom of generations before them. Providing women and community centered immersive and educational gatherings and workshops is not only something I cherish but is a key way I believe we can change the world around us. It is known where and when women gather in a good way, peace is made. In their own lives, in their families lives, in their communities and in the world.

Tending The Wild Way ~ 3 1/2 Month Women’s Wellness Series

A Wellness Series For Maidens & Mothers Based In SLO County

Join us for a 3½-month guided journey into the essence and heart of womanhood—part retreat, part workshop, part personal homecoming. Rooted in Functional Medicine, Cross-Cultural Wise Woman Traditions, and the Art of Somatic Exploration, this series offers grounded, time-honored tools to restore balance, vitality, and connection to your natural rhythms. In a culture that glorifies constant doing, Tending The Wild Way invites you to slow down, soften, and realign with your body’s innate intelligence. It’s an invitation to remember what it truly means to be a woman—to live in harmony with your inner and outer seasons—and to rediscover how honoring your innate design not only amplifies vitality but also awakens reverence, joy, and beauty in your everyday life. Tending The Wild Way is a remembrance, a reclamation, and a permission slip to embrace all that you are.
