Join us - Wild Trek Wellness & Sweet Mountaintop Farm - for a deeply nourishing weekend of connection to the land, plants, traditional medicine ways and like minded folks dwelling on California's coast. Inspired by the Greek concept of eudaimonia (a state of flourishing and total wellbeing), this immersive weekend invites you to slow down, tune in, and realign with what brings you joy, purpose, and vitality. Collectively we will go on a journey with the land and plants around us through the following activities as a way to not only cultivate but maintain a state of eudaimonia in our own hearts and lives.

This class is an opportunity to receive the nourishment and relaxation that both of these modalities offer in one setting, making it a truly unique way to tend to you mind and body.

Rise & Radiate - A Late Winter Qoya Inspired Movement Class
A somatic movement journey designed to support you in rising up outta winters depths and radiating with vitality into spring. This movement class is for women 16 and up. Join us March 4th at 9th Limb Yoga in Morro Bay for this evening of nourishing movement and time in sisterhood.
Motherland ~ A Monthly Mother & Women’s Centered Gathering
A mindfully curated monthly gathering for mothers to be and mothers postpartum of any extent. These are safe and sacred spaces that invite women in SLO County to gather together for the purpose of being seen, supported, and nourished by one another. All gatherings are either free or donation based and include seasonally inspired herbal tisanes and snacks.
