Offering one to six weeks of seasonal, postpartum specific meals breast-feeding friendly snacks, and nutrient rich herbal infused beverages and sipping broths—each crafted to provide you and your body with the essential nourishment needed for optimal postpartum recovery. The postpartum period is one of the most vital seasons in a woman’s life. It’s not only of time of deep transformation, but also a time when popper nourishment is crucial—not just to support your baby, but to help you step in to motherhood with strength, balance and lasting wellness.
