1:1 Consultations

Offering compassionate 1:1 support for women experiencing menstrual cycle irregularities, womb ailments, infertility, pregnancy loss or release, and those moving toward and through menopause. This support honors each woman as already whole, and through the lens of traditional medicine, gently uncovers the imbalances at play to lovingly tend to their root causes.

Full-Spectrum Doula Services

I provide mother-centered doula care to women in SLO County, walking alongside and supporting them throughout their entire fertility journey—from the hopeful beginnings of conception, through pregnancy and birth, and into the postpartum season. My approach honors the whole woman—mind, body, spirit—by tending to her unique needs through gentle and grounded, time honored cross-cultural wisdom and practices that nurture and celebrate the sacred experience of birth and stepping into motherhood. My services include fertility support, pregnancy and birth guidance, postpartum care, advocacy, and nourishment—all rooted in a commitment to ensure you feel seen, heard, resourced, regulated, nourished and cared for every step of the way.

My Why

My "why" has always been rooted in a vision of revolution—one where the complete well-being of women is a sacred priority in our families, communities, and cultures. A revolution where every woman—regardless of age, ethnicity, or life path—has access to true, holistic care that is tangible, accessible, comforting, empowering, and deeply informative.

It’s a revolution of reverence: for our wholeness, for the beauty and power of living as embodied spirits. These bodies—so often misunderstood or undervalued—are capable of shedding and renewing each month, of bringing life into the world, of experiencing deep pleasure and creativity, of nourishing our babies, and so much more.

Wild Trek Wellness is my offering to make this vision a reality. It is my contribution toward creating meaningful change and challenging a system that has, for too long, failed to fully care for us. While I don’t claim to have all the answers or the power to ease every burden, I do have my lived experience, my deep inner knowing, the gift of being taught traditional medicine ways, and a vision for vibrant, rooted health—for present and future generations.

As a dear mentor often reminds me, “The world would be a far better place if at the center of every home was a well-nourished woman.” When a woman is flourishing, her partner, her children, her home, her work, and every relationship she touches begin to flourish too.

That is why my heart is in this work. Because I have seen the transformation that occurs when a woman is fully seen in her entirety—when she lives in harmony with nature and in alignment with her truth. Her world becomes magnetic. Her nervous system softens. Her soul shines. Her body gains vitality. And everything she touches becomes golden.

  • “This was my first baby, so I was a little nervous about the postpartum experience. But to have Hannah as my postpartum doula, made the experience feel so much more supported and cared for than I could have ever imagined. From the moments leading up to labor to the intimate first days of being home with baby, she offered me nourishment and a loving presence I could rely on and feel completely held. Her care was exactly what I needed during such a difficult and emotional time. She provided healing concoctions, delicious meals, and kept the flow of everyday needs going -ie. washing reusable diapers, folding laundry, etc. She also did everything quieter than everyone else in my family! (Which matters a lot when you have a newborn!) Hannah also provided a closing of the bones ceremony after my first three months of postpartum that marked a pivotal transition for me and my body and baby. The ceremony meant so much to me, I’ll never forget it. Hannah’s gentle approach is truly one of a kind, and I highly highly recommend her as your doula if you get the opportunity for you and baby!” ~ MW

  • “Thank you for reminding me how to listen.

This powerfully kind, precious human led myself and 4 other women through a 5 month seasonal living and traditional medicine educational series on the Central Coast, which significantly ~ altered my reality last year.

Sea & Soils container reminded me how truth felt at a time I was feeling deeply lost.

It introduced me to a new way of being.

One that is utterly intertwined with the beat of nature.

    One without separation.

One that I didn't know I was craving until I tasted it.

    A remembrance.

    That's what Hannah is.

A reminder of the power nature reflects back to each of us if we're brave enough to look.

That no matter how many times we forget her, She will never forget us.

The flowers will always whisper your name, Never expecting you to know theirs, You just have to remember to hear their sweet melodies.

    And dance.

I will forever be grateful to you dear Hannah Banana, forever.”
