Inspired by the Greek concept of eudaimonia (a state of flourishing and total wellbeing), this immersive weekend invites you to slow down, tune in, and realign with what brings you joy, purpose, and vitality. Collectively we will go on a journey with the land and plants around us through the following activities as a way to not only cultivate but maintain a state of eudaimonia in our own hearts and lives.

Guided 90min yin inspired somatic movement session
Sensorial herbal remedy tasting & making workshop w/ Hannah Goldstein of Wild Trek Wellness + take home 2 full-size remedies to add to your own pantries and apothecaries
Greek-inspired dinner + nourishing breakfast provided by a local chef David Schmit ~ crafted with seasonal and sustainably sourced ingredients - Vegetarian Options Available / Official Menu will be sent out prior to event
