Tending The Wild Way is a 3 1/2 month-long immersive journey designed to gently guide you through the late winter and spring seasons and your own cyclical nature. In a world that glorifies hustle, quick fixes, and one-size-fits-all ideas of beauty and wellness, Tending the Wild Way invites you to slow down. To soften. To move at the pace of nature. To revel in the juicy essence of life and to receive all the fruits of your labor. Tending The Wild Way is a journey into the heart and soul of your very own life. May it leave you deeply nourished and affirmed of your infinite potential, your worth, your beauty and your power.
“Siga Siga” is a Greek phrase that means slowly, slowly—a reminder that nothing in the natural world rushes the way we do. This will be our motto for this container. Most if not all animals and living beings follow their inner rhythms and their natural design. We too, must remember how. This is an invitation to step away from urgency and return to what is real. To restore your nervous system. To reconnect with your body and the earth. To explore the depths of your human experience and the vastness of the journey of womanhood.
Tending the Wild Way is more than a journey—it's a home coming. It’s a chance to remember the original ways of being and to reclaim a life rooted in presence, connection, and deep slowness.
Because the slower we go, the more we truly receive. This 3-month journey is rooted in bioregional herbalism, traditional medicine ways, cyclical living, somatic arts, and earth-based practices. It’s an invitation to deepen your relationship with yourself, the plants, the natural world, cross-cultural wise woman traditions, and a circle of like-minded women. Together, we will explore rhythms of rest and rejuvenation, supporting you in reconnecting with your cyclical body—as a human and as a daughter of the Earth. Each month you will be gently and intentionally guided on a journey through different themes and topics in which you’ll have the opportunity to fully immerse yourself in. This series is curated to take you on a journey through the mind, body and heart, in which will leave you feeling more nourished and connected to yourself than before. Our wish is that this series serves as a peaceful and grounding energy in your life and is something you sincerely enjoy and look forward to engaging in.
